I planned to book one lesson with Anthea for the OET test. It was so good that I booked two more! She was great and very helpful. Verbling was easy to use as well.

Easy to write notes, view them, and switch back between them and seeing one's teacher. Only problem is that sometimes the picture freezes and the sound is delayed.

Changing Teachers
I had a lesson owed me from before covid. I couldn't see it on my Verbling Ac. This was rectified by help line.
I booked new lessons and they were assigned to my previous teacher. She said she wasnt able to teach now. It was explained by Adriano at support that I must delete each lesson and get a refund. Then I needed to rebook with another teacher. This system was not the simplest thing to do. Adriano sorted out the problem quickly.

I am enjoying my learning experience with verbling and the instructors are really professional and helpful.
