!!!❌❌🆘Scam, ordered a jacket, got a plastic t-shirt!!

I ordererd a jacket and it took 2 month for it to come, and when it finally came it was a hole new jacket that was in a different size. DONT BUY FROM THIS "BRAND"!!!

Wrong item shipped. Also took very long.

I did order a jacket, but a sweater was delivered. It took about 4 weeks. So it was clear to me that he did not have the jacket in store and then just shipped another product.

I have been chasing him for refund, but no reply.

Ordered a coat over 2 weeks ago and it hadn’t even been dispatched. Asked for a refund a few times and they completely ignored my request and told me to click a link to track my order (despite me constantly asking for a refund). Luckily I paid for this on my credit card so managed to claim the money back from the bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a jacket on the 21 of September. The package arrived on the 31 of October but it didn’t contain what I ordered. And now I am need to send it back to China. It is a .se website but the clothes are from China. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!

We ordered the GREY HOODED CARDIGAN, but received a completely different knitted jacket instead. The item he received does not appear on Verani`s website, making it difficult to describe it accurately – however, we have photos if neccesary.
1. This is not the jacket we ordered.
2. The item he received is not to our liking, and we do not wish to keep it.
Despite this, we are being asked to pay for the return shipping, even though the mistake was on Verani`s end.
We have written several e- mails, but they do not responde!

Therefore, THIS IS SCAM!!! STAY AWAY, and please warn others from making the mistake of ordering from this site!!!

Scam Alert !!!! If you order it could arrive could not but when it arrives like it did with my package the wrong product will be in there so that’s a total scam don’t buy

You get a different product and the wait is very long dont buy here its the baddest service i ever had

I ordered a blue cardigan from Verani Clothing, but after waiting 4–5 weeks, I received a dusty, cheap-looking jacket that looked nothing like what I ordered. The quality was awful, and it didn’t match the pictures at all.

I tried contacting the company but never got a reply. It really feels like a scam – their photos are completely misleading.

I strongly advise everyone not to buy from this site. Save your money and order from a trustworthy store instead.
