We are an independent provider of social care services, coaching, training, and advocacy services to promote the best outcome for children and adults. We provide community care services and independent social work services in England with a major focus on Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, and Peterborough. We also cover other areas if we have a service level agreement with commissioning authority, Private Organisation or directly with the individual funding their services and support. It is our mission to deliver exemplary services that reach families and enable every adult and child to fully achieve their potentials. We Provide the following services; Independent Social Work Services: assessments, case work, family intervention, out of hours support. Community Outreach Service: such PA services to enable people with disabilities and long time health conditions live independently and safely access their community.
