This is going to sound cheesy but I can't fully express how much working with Venturi Group has improved my life / career. I have been working with Charlie Wahler from Elliot Jones's team since August. I have a niche skill-set and Charlie reached out to me for a role that matched me perfectly. He is an empathetic communicator who never hesitates to share all the important details. I highly recommend working with him if he reaches out to you. He has been so supportive of me every step of the way, from interviewing, to contract renewal, etc. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to him and Elliot for all their efforts!

I had very positive experience working with Lewis Blades from Venturi during my recent job search. From our initial phone call to securing the position, Lewis remained professional and dedicated throughout the whole process. As a potential hiring manager I have received many cold calling prospects on my work email (by 2 different Venturi employees). I have NEVER even provided them with my work email! Its cold emailing/calling tactics with potential hires, which I don't appreciate.

As a hiring manager - I would avoid. As a potential job seeker - I would also avoid, because I wouldn't want the elements of my CV to be 'cold-emailed' to my potential new manager in a random company X?!

Great recruiting experience as they were encouraging and efficient! In just 2 weeks after the first contact got an offer with a great company on my field! I had almost daily contact with the agents that were happy to help with my queries and give me useful insights for the interviews. I will definitely use them again in the future when I will look for a different role.

Venturi has an expectation that candidates will provide them with their professional references during the phone screen, even though most companies will need 3-5 interviews before making an offer.

Why would anyone want a recruiting firm to call their references after the phone screen?

I want my references to be called as infrequently as possible, since they're friends and colleagues who are doing me a favor.

They don't want to talk to some idiot recruiter who can't even tell me the tech stack being used at a job.

Worse, Venturi has had 4 or 5 different recruiters harass me. They never know the tech stack, and they always want the references. That would be calling my references 4-5 times in 2 months for jobs that I very likely would not even get!

Had a great experience working with the Venturi team.

The interview and selection process was excellent. Henry (recruitment consultant) did a wonderful and speedy job setting up the interviews and following up quickly, resulting in a new hiring within a couple of days of interview. He followed up regularly during the assignment to offer any help as required.

In terms of onboarding and post assignment support, Ashleigh did a fantastic job - again fast and responsive, even going out of her way to call on her own personal time on occasion to ensure all my questions and contracts/admin were covered.

All in all a great agency to work with, would definitely recommend and work with the team at Venturi again.

Excellent support and loads of follow up by the team assuring that everything is done correctly is a huge plus. Friendly guidance from Kieran and Louise and their knowledge of the company is very helpful in making the right choices.

Venturi and their team are fantastic, efficient and understand the industry well putting great companies and roles forward. Lewis Blades helped me land a role that was a big jump from my graduate job which has really helped spur on my career (from that point I thought I'm going to go through recruiters from now on). Also thanks to Georgia Hilleard for helping me get back into the industry and being patient with me after some time off.

At Venturi they help you through the interview process as well as doing the admin side of things that comes when applying to jobs (which I don't enjoy so that takes a weight off), and they sell you to the client so you're more likely to land it. In my experience it seems you're more likely to land a job thats better for you through a recruiter, and Venturi is an industry leader and work with the best clients.

Human, likeable, friendly, helpful, all the things necessary to solve the problems in front of you and put them behind everyone.

From straight forward and open contract negotiations, an incredibly smooth onboarding process, and care taken to reach out on the date of invoice payment to ask if everything has gone as expected. I've dealt with both Lauren Leibrick and Lauryn Arden at Venturi, while looking for a new role. Although, I didn't end up getting a role through the company, they have both been super helpful and really communicative throughout the process.
