Ci sorprende la sua recensione considerando che ha effettuato due ordini distinti per lo stesso articolo: il primo per una singola rete a doghe a febbraio e il secondo per 12 reti del medesimo modello, a marzo.

They kept 365 euros in shipping fees
We made a mistake un ordering a sofá bed, therefore we sent it back. Since It was our mistake, we sere ready to cover the shipping fees. However, vente-unique kept not only all shipping fees, but also thé extra fees for the services of delivery in the appartment + unboxing that never took place. This is literally stealing from us, as they are charging us a whopping 365 euros for a service that did not take place and are keeping the sofa bed too! Awful customer service and total scam company.

Disappointed with Service and Misleading Delivery Information
I ordered a sofa from Vente-unique over two months ago, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Initially, they promised delivery in the second week of March, which was already a long wait. Then, they postponed it to the first week of April. On April 7th, I received another email saying the delivery was pushed back again to April 21st — with no clear explanation.
When I requested a refund, I was told the sofa had already left the warehouse, and I would be charged a €70 delivery fee. If the item has truly left the warehouse, I don’t understand why the delivery is being delayed by more than 20 days.
To add to the frustration, I shared an honest review about this situation, and Trustpilot flagged it for harmful or illegal content, which was not the case at all. I was simply expressing my genuine experience as a customer.
This whole process has left me feeling misled and ignored. I hope this review helps others be aware and make informed decisions before ordering.

The two-month waiting period you mention does not reflect reality, as the item was clearly marked as out of stock at the time of purchase. This information was visibly displayed both on the product page and in the cart summary BEFORE payment details were entered.
We have issued a 100% refund of your payment, which we've communicated to you on four separate occasions via email, chat, and WhatsApp - all before you posted this review.

I bought one bathtub with hydromassage…
I bought one bathtub with hydromassage for more than 1700€.
the deliver was after 1 month.
The tub were put in third floor, (120 kg to up) regularly assembled by our idraulic technician.
When open the carton box , we didn't find some pieces as the taps, the shower.
We installed and open the complain. After 3 MONTHS AND MANY AND MANY CALLS, AFTER MANY MAILS, VENTE UNIQUE CLOSE THE COMPLAIN WITHOUT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
They asked me to give back the bathtub with original packaging.
HOW WE CAN HAVE AFTER ALL THIS TIME THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING (do you imagine a packacing of 200x200x150??).
THEY cannot have the taps and the shower and send me?
and ...which is the cost for give back the bath tub from third floor???

In primo luogo, in nessun momento Le è stato richiesto di dover rendere l'articolo con il suo imbalaggio originale, la nostra procedura non lo prevede, prevede, questo sì, che qualora il cliente voglia procedere al reso, potrà effettuarlo re-imballando l'articolo alla bell'è meglio.
In secondo luogo, dal giorno 05/02 non ha mai più risposto alle nostre notifiche che sono state inviate nelle seguenti date:
- 05/02
- 07/03
- 10/03
- 18/03 (disponiamo degli screenshot, qualora desiderasse verificarlo).
Non avendo ricevuto NESSUN riscontro da parte Sua e dovendo comunque chiudere la pratica entro un certo periodo se il cliente non risponde, abbiamo proceduto in questo senso, ma siamo assolutamente pronti a riaprirla in qualunque momento e, come Le abbiamo proposto, può procedere al reso e ottenere il rimborso completo, sopratutto se, come ha indicato in maiuscolo, il prodotto non La soddisfa.
Siamo dunque pronti e totalmente disponibili a risolvere la problematica e a fare il punto della situazione con Lei e a breve un nostro operatore si metterà in contatto per questo.

sofa delivered with a big cut in the leather
I received a leather sofa (i paid 180€ extra for assembly), once it was mounted the delivery guys told me it had a 10 inches cut in the back on the leather. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY TO HAVE IT REPLACED BUT THEY EXPECTED ME TO PACK IT AND PLACE IT IN A BOX. I have one good hand so it was impossible. I accepted to keep it and receive a 215€ refund. Not what i wanted. I personally will not order anything large on line in the future

Quanto è stato comunicato via mail è che accettando il rimborso si intendeva chiuso il reclamo relativo al danno iniziale, ma la garanzia di 2 anni sul prodotto rimane assolutamente valida.
Per quanto riguarda l’imballaggio e la preparazione per il reso, capiamo le Sue difficoltà, ma le nostre condizioni e politiche di reso specificano chiaramente che l’articolo deve essere smontato e riconfezionato. Purtroppo, non possiamo conoscere in anticipo le particolari circostanze personali di ogni cliente.
