Worst company ever. I bought 3 hoses from them, only received 2, and they both leaked. I tried to get my 3rd hose shipped and they refused. They would only replace the damaged hoses if I sent the damaged ones back and refused to send me a refund for any of the hoses (I never received the 3rd hose!!). To even get the 2 hoses I had to send messages requesting updated shipping status after not hearing anything for over two weeks. These guys are scammers. They take your money and send you a partial order with damaged goods.

If I could give 0 I would. They refuse to give return address and ignore emails. Avoid

I bought a flashlight from them that was okay so bought another but it had a non working battery.(December) so I contacted them
On first email I got a reply eventually saying they would replace it
Second email they asked for photos of the item which I provided
Third email they were sorry for the delay but a battery would be sent out
Fourth email would I like a new battery or partial refund so I could purchase myself
Fifth email would I provide photos of batteries that I could buy myself
Sixth email they would send partial refund so I could buy one
Seventh email sorry for the delay the partial refund was on its way
Eighth email I was so pissed off I just said don’t bother with the partial refund just send a battery so I can actually use the flashlight

Very disappointed with their customer service and I would never recommend them to anyone !!!!

I bought the elephant sleep pillow. Didn't check trust pilot first so thought I'd been scammed. But it did come. It took a long time to arrive. It is very soft and cuddly but not made well enough for me to gift it (I am super fussy about gifts though), it looks homemade and one of the tusks is pointing in the wrong direction, however, my boys love it so we'll be keeping it.

Bought two solar ultrasonic fox deterrents. They worked for about a day, then stopped. The solar charging clearly doesn’t work and there’s no other way to charge them, so they’re basically useless.

Also, the “ultrasonic” noise is not inaudible at all. It makes a horrible high-pitched sound you can clearly hear.

I’ve sent three emails over the past two weeks (including a video) and haven’t had a single reply. At this point I just want a refund, but I can’t even get a response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS CHINESE BASED SCAM. I BOUGHT A PRODUCT THAT WAS ADVERTISED ON THIS WEBSITE (£40)SOMETHING WAS DELIVERED BUT IT NEVER CAME CLOSE TO WHAT WAS ADVERTISED (WORTH £2). WHEN YOU TRY AND GET A REFUND THEY KNOW THE SYSTEM TO MAKE IT AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE LEADING TO NOTHING. THERE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE AS WELL. YOU HAVE BEEN WORNED

Also wished I'd read the reviews. Ordered a lamp for a present, which didn't even stand up properly. Asked for a return label and submitted photos of the problem. Since then, complete silence. Absolute rip off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Web page description was faulty. Large picture of good looking bed cushion to draw you in and then smaller inferior picture of a completely different cushion. Had ordered this before noticing this and trust pilot reviews. Since then I have received the inferior cushion and am in the process of trying to return it. My bank are aware of my suspicions re this company and will return my payment if ventayo do not within statutory time limits. I am awaiting a label in order to return it as of their returns policy. I will be photographing the item and the packaging I return it in for proof it was in pristine condition when collected. They have 15 days from collection to refund me fully or my bank will organise the payment back to me via visa rules. I received no emails recording the purchase or delivery information and no paperwork with the package I received 1 day before the cut off point for delivery. I kept the original order number by writing it down before the order details disappeared, otherwise I’d have nothing to go on. Please do not use this company. So many bad reports everywhere .. they are registered in Spain but can’t see them registered in UK …

They offer a thirty day money back guarantee for non perishable or customized items but I requested a return as soon as I received a cheaply made wreath that does not match the description or picture on their website. I was told it does not qualify by what was clearly an AI generated return.

I plan to sue for a refund in small claims court and may persue a class action based on reviews here.

Ordered goods mid November, no goods arrived no response to email. STAY CLEAR!!

Ordered an item for Christmas, it never arrived.
Logged on to my account to see no order present and non of the links to check the order work.
No tracking number provided even though the postage says tracked.

Fake website, just one big scam - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Unfortunately this is a scam company. Product massively delayed, the product was different to the one ordered and then when I raised about their advertised no quibble returns - they proceeded to negotiate with me to 15% off, no ok 30% off. Then when I said that I had no use for the product as it was the wrong one sent and I would instead clearly like the refund - silence. It has been 4 weeks of chasing now. I trust that I have been made a fool. Just avoid unless you too would like to be scammed.

This company is the worst company I have dealt with. Delivery took longer than expected. Products not as expected. Picture shows the vetayo sciatica cushion fitting a chair. Says reduced to half prive. Still £39.99, cushion eventually arrived and not fit for purpose. My dear friend who is disabled and wanted this as she cannot walk and sits all day to help her to sit more comfortably, sadly when arrived it was so small and has a belt across the middle and would only fit into a small child’s chair of some sort. You couldn’t even use it in a dogs bed. When immediately on opening I asked for refund it took several emails to even get a very very small portion of my money back. Nowhere near full refund. Absolutely never never again I will purchase from this company

I ordered and paid for a glucose monitoring smart watch on the 13th November at first they said i would have a tracking number once posted that hasn't happened i went into their shop with my order number and postcode they said it doesn't exist i am now really angry tomorrow the 1st December i shall contact my bank and trading standards this is shocking

This company is a scam. NEVER NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I ordered a powerbank from them on the 20th of October 2025. It only arrived yesterday 26th November 2025. I continually received assurances that the order was coming till i even forgot i had ordered anything from them. When i received the powerbank it is not anything described on their webside, it is not even half of it neither is it 10% of it. It is utter rubbish, worst quality, a waste of money, hope and resources. This company should shut down. Sadly many people might fall into this same trap. Wish i had read reviews on trust pilot. Think i perused through a few reviews on their website and was misled into buying from them! Please be warned. I do not want this to happen to anyone else

Ordered a tracksuit for my brothers birthday, completely forgot that I ordered it as it’s taking adges to come!! Went on the help site and put the order number in aswell as my email, and it is now saying that my order no longer exists. Never ordering again

What a terrible company. I've been waiting for my order for weeks, and customer service always says the track and trace will arrive within 24-48 hours. They just string you along every time. I'll never order anything from them again.

I'll never buy anything there again! The first shipment was delayed by several days! The camera arrived, but it was a fake and didn't work! I filed a complaint. Two months ago, immediately after trying to use it, I'm speechless, neither for a refund nor a replacement. The only offer was a 30% refund of the camera's value. Ridiculous, and speechless. DON'T BUY ANYTHING THERE!!!!!!!!!! VENTAYO. IT'S A BIG FAILURE. THEY'RE RIPPING PEOPLE!

I never received my good, even thougt the firm drawn money from my account just efter sending the order. KEEP AWAY!

Great experience working with this company! I bought hearing aids for my elderly aunt, and she’s very satisfied and comfortable with them. I’m happy to have had such a positive experience!
