The entire process was great. I sent off the picture I wanted, I received an email with a mock-up of what the product would look like - giving me the option to approve it.

It was securely shipped out and received within 2 days.

The entire process took a week - on a bank holiday weekend.

The mat itself is stunning and very well finished.

Fantastic print quality! Encountered a few hurdles with my print, caused by own doing/design , and Simon went above & beyond to rectify them whilst still getting it to me in time for my campaign. Will be printing all my mini’s from him now!

I am very happy with the product I've received. Whilst I can't comment on the longevity of the mat as I have only just begun using it, the construction of it seems well put together and sturdy (I went with the stitched edges option), so I'm hopeful it will last a long time. The material of the play surface is smooth and a nice uniform fabric, perfect for moving cards around on as one would expect. The quality of the custom printing onto the play surface is great in my opinion, maintaining the level of detail that I expected from the image that I sent in (I sent it in as a jpeg at the specified size and resolution), with no blown out transitions or areas of poor saturation. It was dispatched quickly and was well packaged.

Overall I'm very impressed with the product and if I ever wanted to get something similar made then I would return here as a first port of call.

Fantastic! They called me to discuss the image I submitted. The image was a bit too large so we came to a compromise on the position of the image elements. The mat arrived super fast, also feels and looks 10/10. Can’t recommend them enough!

I love the playmat, it's a gift and my drawing was fit/printed so well. It made it look magical seeing it in person so I hope they like it.
I just drew it with a sharpie on A4 paper, took a photo and coloured it in on my phone. So it's great seeing a tangible, real-life, bigger version of it!
The printing is really brilliant and the stitched edge is definitely worth it, to feel more premium and hopefully l
last a long time.
And ordering and talking with them was easy, it arrived so fast.
Definitely going to work on more to print.

The smoothest custom item ordering experience I’ve had. Ordered a playmat. Uploaded an image with the specified dimensions. The description stated 300dpi but I only had a 100dpi version. They scaled it correctly without asking. Arrived within a week of ordering. Very happy with the result, especially at such a reasonable price. Great quality
