Very good products. The best I've had and I have been through numerous other venders. The communication with Venogen was excellent and fast. The shipping was amazing, I got my order 6 days aften ordering and from a long distance. I will buy again from Venogen for sure. And I recommend them 100 percent. 5 stars!!!

In terms of my recent experience with Venogen, I can confidently say that this company appears to know what they're doing when it comes to providing satisfaction in the form of their products, ordering/delivery process, and customer support. So far, I've found the product quality of my recent order to be fantastic and I don't have any gripes with the price I paid for it. No complaints there. The product packaging is also as professional and secure as I feel it needs to be. Oh, and let me just say that the delivery process was straightforward too. They offer a simple way to track your order and, for my recent order, I got access to prompt tracking updates through my email. It honestly surprised me with how quickly my order was delivered too. I didn't expect it to take long at all but I also didn't expect to receive my order in as quickly as a week. Venogen's ordering and delivery process get a solid thumbs up from me. Their customer support system and the team members that are a part of it can hopefully maintain their current level of responsiveness because I NEVER felt I had any trouble trying to contact them in a quick manner. Their website is easy to navigate as well and has added that much more to the smoothness of my experience with the Venogen team. The product we buy from this site has had such a positive affects on my boyfriend. The shipping is fast and I've not come across any delays or conflicts. These guys know how to do high quality chemistry and b2c services. After several purchases the ordering process have become a routine, with 100% knowing that my packages would come on time, in proper amount, exceptional quality and well packed with all necessary data. From the beginning, they answered all of my questions, shipped in a timely manner and delivered without any issues. My experience with them has been pleasant. Whats nice is that they communicated well throughout the entire ordering process and responded to my questions within a day or so(between their business hours). Delivery took about 10 days which was a bit longer than expected, but I can’t complain since they delivered without any issues. One option that would be nice is if they carried different sizes for some of their products. All in all, Venogen is a solid company and from my experience with them, there is nothing that says otherwise.

I have made multiple purchases from Venogen over the course of roughly a year. They have their own laboratory and over multiple orders their standards have been of the utmost quality. Shipping times to the United States are also quite good considering the distance, averaging about 10 days in my personal experience. Where they really excel though is customer service. I have had their customer service department reach out to me without fail after every order to make sure everything went well and was to my satisfaction. They certainly make you feel important even though my average order size has not been large at all.

Reputable Company. I placed my first order with them. Shipping took about 10 or so days from Hong Kong to US. But I had no issues with customs. Product arrived completely intact with no signs of tampering. The only thing I do not like is how they package material. Other than that, great job Venogen!! Highly recommend.
