Liars who try to threaten you

I purchased goods 100% based on the strength of paying EXTRA for their advertised delivery service as being ONE to THREE working days.

I received a dispatch notification which directed me to FedEx, who listed the delivery date as being by the end of FIVE working days. And we all know, that for a given “from-to” delivery date that couriers make it their mission/target to deliver by the last minute of the latest delivery time/date possible.

Eh!!!! I paid EXTRA for a ONE to THREE day Service which had now suddenly increased exponentially, a delivery which has fractionally increased in time by 60%

Upon contacting the company via telephone in regard to my concern, I was met with indignant aggression.

I advised them that they had three options.

1. Contact FedEx and have them pull their finger out of their bottom
2. Refund me the difference I had paid for the (non)expedited delivery service
3. Cancel the order and issue a refund

In reply to this they instantly used aggressive threatening tactics stating they would have my bank reduce my credit rating, have my bank prevent me from using my cards online etc, if I initiated a "chargeback" (as I had advised them that to protect my funds from being lost due to an unscrupulous vendor I would be initiating a chargeback for my own protection) that they would be reporting that I was attempting to commit fraud.

When I initiate the chargeback to protect my funds I will be including a link to trust pilot, as supporting evidence of how this company conduct itself, as the very fact that 100% of this companies reviews are ALL 1 star negative reviews speaks volumes and for a problem to be analysed logically the common denominator here is the vendor, EVERY BUYER is unhappy with the service that this company is (not) providing therefore statistically the vendor is the issue.

I really wish I had thought to search for this company here on trust pilot before I stupidly made a purchase, as if I had I 1000000% would NOT have spent ANY of my money with this unprofessional company that I can PROVE attempts to use intimidation and aggressive threatening tactics against its customers.

I am not saying any-one should not buy from this company.

But I am saying that EVERY buyer should be provided with ALL the available information to allow them to make an informed buying choice whether they can trust this company with their hard-earned money.

In my case, from my experience I have found that this company is unprofessional, untrustworthy LIARS, who I should not have trusted with my money

Lying all the way, from stock levels to when shipped out

Ordered some new throttle cables as mine snapped, at the time of purchasing their site said in tock ready to ship on the next day, I paid roughly £55 and a bit more for express next day shipping so I could have them asap. Almost a week later and I still don't have my cables and by now I could have had OEM delivered and fitted for less money and have my bike back in the road. I contacted venhill who were absolutely useless, first saying they weren't in stock when their site clearly said they were and then just ignoring my emails and concerns, I did get one email from them saying they were shipped out 2 days after my order went through but that was bull shit as they couldn't provide a tracking number until another day after that and even then FedEx tracking showed they didn't receive the package for another day. Just saying whatever they want to make a sale and keep your money, avoid these scummy lying bastards if you need something on time

A Wallace & Grommet of a company!

Sent the original and detailed instructions to have a new inner fitted to a short oil pump cable, but due to delay in getting it fitted to a long term restoration project, I realized that the inner was too short. Venill clearly didn't understand the instructions and failed to contact me about anything that they weren't sure about. They refused to rectify the problem unless I paid the full price again, including charging a ridiculous £8 UPS return postage, never again, avoid!!

Ordered a part using UPS

Ordered a part using UPS, 1-2 business days, took 3 because of "operational " problems, Cleary stated in notification, but because it showed as as customer rescheduled Venhill refused to refund the extra on the orders of Simon.
Avoid this Grinch of a company.
