Absolutely nonexistent customer service

I was very interested in a product from their website, but unfortunately the company has been acting like a scam or a fraud! The customer service has been absolutely nonexistent! The seller doesn't reply to my e-mails and private messages that I've sent on Instagram or even through their website!
I want to receive the product without any manufacturing flaws under the regular delivery time or I want to receive a full refund immediately
