The staff was very polite, and helpful. However, it may be our particular circumstances that made it so difficult, but we found it to be a stressful experience. If you do not have any experience in real estate law, this may not be the best option. It was not as easy nor as quick as they advertise. We had issues with communication, there were a lot of moving parts. Also, we did feel that the cash offer amount offered was significantly lower than we expected for the condition of our home. That being said our personal circumstances offered us a very short window of time to sell our home, and they did buy and provide funds in time to purchase our new home. It is a very different process from a regular real-estate agent, and there were fees to pay non-the less. I would work again with this company, but not under such a tight timeline.

Hi Andreina, thank you for the feedback. It was a particular circumstance du to the distance from our office in Montreal. Although, we did deliver the closing on time we had to connect with local contractor to plan the renovation and that took longer than expected on our side. Selling a house is a big move so it is often a stressful experience to coordinate all the paries involved. I'm happy that you would recommend us and wish you good luck on your next step in life.
