I got a year working with Vendrax, their have excessive fees, and after they got my business in their hands, the nightmare started. I am in Lawton Oklahoma, how difficult is to connect with this team, but they don’t pardon any payment. I did stop using their services but now they continue stealing money from my bank account; is not a little, is a lot, twice in a month! Is unbelievable. In my statement shows like they are sending the money to a MerchantbankCD deposit. We are investigating and nobody has any answer. We don’t know what to do.

I was worried about switching POS providers, but Vendrax came through. The sales reports are very helpful, and daily use is easy. It makes running the store a lot easier. I would definitely suggest this!

Vendrax is great for our cafe because it has fast checkout and good inventory features. Support took a little longer to answer a question about billing, but the system is generally reliable and worth the money.

The system rarely has problems, and all of its features work as they should. They've made things a lot easier for me and my team. Everything, from checkout to reporting, goes smoothly. I've had mostly good experiences with Vendrax. Everything has gone smoothly and easily, from setting up the system to using it every day. The payment processing works perfectly and has greatly reduced the number of mistakes made during transactions. I'd give it five stars without a second thought because of how useful and calming it is. It has become an important tool for my business.

I opened a new restaurant in August 2024 and I got Vendrax info refered by a friend. My advice from experience is to NOT do business with a shady company like this one. They will sell you one set of terms and then sign you up on Fiserv and Firstdata leases that you won't know the terms and conditions. Basically they are just selling you the contracts from Fiserv and making their money. You will lease your clover or any other POS thru Fiserv and then there will be software fees that you will pay to clover separately and then another monthly fee to CardConnect and then vendrax will get a small monthly cut from sale of merchandise which is 0.1-0.2% of the 3% that all these companies take. They will negotiate on that 0.1 and 0.2 % and make you think they are making you happy on the deal. If you are a newbie like me, just go deal with Square directly and don't ever do business with shady resellers of equipment and software. I wrote this review on their google business profile and now I don't see them present on google as a business because they don't want to damage their shady reputation from those reviews. Hope they mend their ways.

They are Scammers. Avoid them

Vendrax hired us to install a POS system. It has been over 90-days and they have not paid our invoice. There is no direct contact number, and they ignore our emails. Stay away from this company, and definitely don't do work for them.

After writing this review, Vendrax contacted us and asked us to take down the review promising payment by the end of the week. They never made the payment and are now trying to flag the review as defamatory.

Really pleased with Vendrax. Everything functions perfectly and the UI is seamless. I'll absolutely keep utilizing it for all of my needs because it was a great experience altogether.

The program needs barely and training assisstace, and even customers are impressed with the technology, which makes payments and electronic receipts easy. In a small space like our coffee house, it is easier to have insights into peak hours and running items to avoid order lags and slow customer service. It is efficient and easy to use. 10/10
