Lovely agent named Israt, fixed my issues very fast after I ordered the wrong item!

I had an activation issue with the Windows 11 Pro Key and Israt helped me resolve it in under 5 minutes. Really appreciate the speedy resolution.

i bought a windows 11 key, which didn't work because my system was windows 11 pro, the agent(israt) helped me with the process and gave me a different key for win 11 pro.

Quick delivery. Had an issue with the product after installation, but the online customer service chat agent, Sid, was able to resolve my issue within 5 minutes. A+ on customer service, would be 5/5 if not for the slight trouble.

I bought a Windows 11 Pro activation and it did not work. I spoke with Lamia on their chat feature and they almost instantly set me up with another activation key. It took two attempts but we finally got one that worked. Working with them was a breeze.

I purchased a Home key instead of pro but I was able to get help to get an exchange key. Everything is great!

First of all, incredible prices and absolutely quick delivery too. It absolutely works and I was reccomended by just a reddit comment so I was suspicious already. However, my suspicion quickly left when I received it. I, however, bought the wrong one and after contacting with Sid, he immediately retrieved the correct key and it worked like a charm. To whoever is suspicious and worried about this, don't be. Incredible website and incredible service. 10/10

I bought the home key when I should have bought the pro key and I miss typed my email address. Despite this the support agent was able to help me out in less than 3 minutes!
