Horrible!
We placed an order in September and never received our order.
We mailed, telephoned and never received an answer. We payed € 600 and never got our money back.
So if I can give an advice, if you have a similar experience go and file a rapport with the police.
Because it's a shame that they scam people in such a way!
My experience is the same of other customers here: placed an order, payed, no shipping, no replies. I placed already an order a while ago to them and it was fine.

Really good prices and size options for their products. The isopropanol shipped on time. I will definitely be buying more when what I have runs out.
I ordered 26 May. After 3 days later I didn't received anything and send message. No reaction. After 2 days later again send message also no reaction. After 9 days later I got message about my package situation.
5 June I got my alcohol's from ups pickup point.
Very slow shipment, very slow reaction for the client.
They could more attention about message's and shipment.
I think the company is going through a hard times, there was a luck of communication and system delay, I wish you guys became better in close time. Thanks.
Ordered on Saturday. Delivered on Thursday. And the streets are full of snow and ice. So it is faster then suspected.
