Purchased a vacuum cleaner, money was promptly taken and received a tracking detail from a shipping company called Belawans. Had to check for progress report of the package's progress from Antwerp to Edinburgh and then various locations in UK, seemed to be moving round the country, before declaring "delivery attempted, recipient Unavailable". Both Venabox and Belawans must non-existent bogus companies as all emails are undelivered.

Started receiving daily progress report of the package's progress from abroad, and once in UK, seemed to be moving round the country for nearly a month, before declaring "delivery attempted, recipient Unavailable". Both Venabox and Belawans are non-existent bogus companies.

Scam company. They also use a scam shipping company which also has its own website belawans.com
