I booked through Velvet Yachts and the whole process was very smooth and well organized.
The booking system was easy to use with real time availability and clear steps from selection to all the way to boarding. I also liked the necessary chats that was created directly which made communication with the team and crew much easier.
Also the ability to add extra services and addons after the booking. I had actually forgotten to add a chef on board but I was able to do it later through the booking report without having to contact anyone. I chose the menu the day before, and everything was set on the yacht when we arrived.
The crew was polite, and very helpful
Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal on the day of our trip, so we were a bit unlucky . However, the crew handled everything well, adapted to the conditions, and still managed to save the day .
Overall, a very reliable and wellrun service. the booking process simple, the addons worked .
