The delivery slipped by a week and then after staying in all day again for a day the window still didn’t arrive. It came the next day. One man delivery for a 1mx2.5m window. Not appropriate. When my builders could finally come back to me they opened the box to find the window was cracked. No replacement available for two weeks (10 working days - don’t you hate them saying that, just be upfront and what is a working day these days anyway?..) so I requested a refund. So nearly two weeks in they’ve still not collected and no collection date arranged and NO REFUND. I am over £3000 out of pocket. use a different supplier is my advice.

I own Velux blinds and need some advice for repairs or replacements. I sent a request via their website and they said they'll get back to me within 3 working days. I've heard nothing and its been 13 days. I've followed up twice and no reply at all. If I could give minus points for customer service I would.
Shitty service! I emailed them and followed up twice and never heard back. If you do not know how to answer or do not want to deal with my time of customer question then just say that!

Update: in the end they actually contacted me and solved my issue
Moved into a house with multiple Velux windows and have noticed regularly that there is a fly gathering inside the window. A quick search online has shown me that this is a very common issue and that the flies are getting in from the outside due to a design issue with the Velux windows. I asked Velux for help on this issue so that I could locate the access point better and seal it off but they pretended it was an environmental issue and that they come in through other parts of the house. There's not a single fly anywhere in our house, not on any other window, not in the walls, not in the attic, only inside the Velux windows. Shame on you for not helping your customers out and admitting this is a common issue.
