I had a very negative experience with Vel Point Limited and strongly advise others to be cautious.
I paid a prepayment of $2,700 USD for their so-called “fund recovery services”. After receiving the payment, the company failed to deliver any results and did not provide the promised service.
What is most concerning is that after payment:
communication significantly decreased
my messages were ignored
no clear updates or progress were provided.Despite multiple attempts to contact them and request a refund, the company has not returned my money.
This situation raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and transparency of their business practices. According to available public information, there are also mixed and negative reviews, with some users reporting similar issues.
I would strongly recommend: ❗ do not make any upfront payments
❗ be extremely cautious when dealing with this company
