Im a fan of the brand but I had a bad experience with the first order because it wasn't delivered after their shipping company had some issues, after asking for the refund they where very fast to refund, they where relatively fast answering my emails but unfortunately I can't speak about the quality of the brand because I never had it, hoping my next order gets delivered.

In the modern day, shopping for clothes feels like walking on eggshells. There are traps everywhere, planned obsolesence, horrendous return terms, ect ect. Velour garments annilihate all thoose expectations and sets a new Gold standard for what clothes should be. The quality is impeccable. You really get what you pay for here, structure that actually fits the human anatomy unlike alot of other brands. sturdy comfortable high gsm all of the above and more.
I had to change an item i ordered because i ordered an incorrect size. The return process had NO wierd hoops. They even sent out the replacement BEFORE i had time to post the return, and before they could confirm it even. Wow! They trust us consumers which to me just adds a metric ton of ethos to their brand, they trust me and i trust them. Being treated as a peer and not a wallet by a company is refreshing.
Overall the experience ive had ordering a couple times from velour garments have been very smooth. And each time i get the items im always beyond satisfied.
Things that might be missing in my opinion would be the following:
More products, Some more items to pick and choose between would be nice, And i dont want them to pump out as much slop as possible. Just a couple more items such as graphic pieces, but with the same quality standards.
Items were pricey, and i fully understand that aspectm there are alot of moving parts in clothing production and marketing and shipping and so on. Especially when its at this quality. I understand the pricing and i think its fair. ESPECIALLY compared to modern clothing giants. But people will always look at you funny if you tell them you bought a pair of shorts for 100 bucks. But once again i think the pricing is fair and at this quality its not a complaint just something to keep in mind.
Im nitpicking. Very good company overall. 5/5

Unfortunately, the measurements didn't quite match what was listed. The shirts are a little tighter than I expected, even though I specifically measured a reference T-shirt and compared the measurements. But the quality is great.
