Extremely disappointed with my…

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I had an annual subscription for the Local Classic, which supposedly included free rides up to 30 minutes on regular bikes (non-electric). However, I was consistently charged 2.5 CHF for rides that were less than 15 minutes.

What's even more frustrating is the inconsistency in the app. When I check 'my rides,' it shows a charge of 0 CHF, but in the 'wallet' section, they deduct 2.5 CHF. This discrepancy has resulted in a daily charge of 5 CHF for my routine rides between home and work, which is unacceptable.

It feels like a complete scam, with deceptive Swiss practices and questionable business tactics aimed at quietly siphoning money from users without any notification. It's disheartening to see companies like this still in existence.
