My entire experience has been very negative and regrettable. The item which is misleadingly supposed to come from Amsterdam, is shipped directly from mainland china and takes about 3+ weeks to get here. When I tried to return the item, i was repeatedly disuaded from this and basically pressured into accepting a gift voucher instead. When the second item was also nothing like the picture I was told that i cannot return the items at all because of the voucher, even though it is clearly advertises free returns up to 30 days. What a bizarre and truly negative experience!!! Drop shipping!

I placed an order for a dress because I saw is 48 hours delivery and with post nl and I thought was arriving from Amsterdam.1 week later I still wait for the dress and I just noticed on the tracking that it was send from China.This store does not exist,customer services ignored my question about sending it from china and not from Amsterdam.I would give 0 stars but i don’t have the option.Do not buy from here.I repeat do not buy from here.Also I noticed I am not the only one with this experience.

Asolute rubbish. Quality unfit to clean floors! The company has sketchy after-order practice. Less than junk. CAVEAT EMPTOR Buyer BEWARE. My order# Ref: 10939. I would expect it toxic to wear against the skin!

Velora-Amsterdam is a misleading and untrustworthy company. The dress I received was nothing like what was advertised — glitter falling off, poor stitching, and embarrassingly cheap quality.

Their branding suggests you're buying from a Dutch company, but the item was shipped from China with no prior notice. This is deliberate deception — nowhere on the site does it say the products are made or shipped from Asia.

Shipping took over two weeks, not the "next-day dispatch" they promise. And their so-called “30 Days Worry-Free Returns” is a complete lie. Returns are not easy, not free, and they hide behind vague policies and environmental excuses to avoid responsibility.

This company misleads customers with false advertising, low-quality products, and an intentionally difficult return process. I’ve reported them to Dutch consumer authorities and strongly advise others to stay away.

I ordered a dress for my wedding - it arrived 2 weeks too late ANDDDD a totally different dress?! This company is a BIG SCAM. They do reply on my emails (veryyy generic and never with a solution or info on how to get my money back) but never gave me back my money so I am taking legal steps now. They say they are located in Amsterdam but they are located in Albania. DON’T ORDER HERE!!!! Scammers!

Stay away from these scammers. I asked to cancel my order after I read the reviewes and they didn’t allow me to do that. You will waste your money with them.

There is just one person behind this.
It’s all dropshipped - there isn’t a story or a location in Amsterdam (it’s just a home)
Nothing on their website is true - no fast delivery (return address is in China ) - no quality products, no free returning ( they mentioned careless return ) and no fast delivery - no sustainable pieces.

Al with al, complete misleading.
You can find all clothes on aliexpress and temu for way less.

Don’t buy here.

I ordered the Eden Hoodie Blanket, expecting a thick, high-quality product as advertised. What I got was completely different—thin, flimsy, and cheaply made.

Only after complaining, customer service admitted they changed suppliers and modified the product, but they don’t mention this in the listing. That’s not transparency—that’s misleading customers on purpose.

When I asked for a refund, they refused to cover return shipping, even though the mistake was theirs. Instead, they offered small discounts to keep the product.

If you order from Velora-Amsterdam, be prepared to receive something completely different than advertised—and then fight to get your money back. Avoid this company!
