Initially mixed opinions on here, until recently when I’ve discovered that they’re a very bad group. I have been an active ‘VIP’ player with them for over a year, due to high turnover.

Recently, I won around £18,000. I attempted to withdraw their maximum weekly allowance of £7500, of which was rejected as I had already reached my limit. Understanding that it may not have been the full 7 days, I waited and attempted to withdraw again when it had been. Again, it was rejected. I received a notification to say I could withdraw on 23/12/25 (which was 8 days after their 7 day restriction).

I subsequently played and ended up losing over 10k or so; my third withdrawal attempt was then rejected again! No reasoning for this one.

On top of this, I have experienced many “game crashes” on this platform - specifically on bonus buys. Recently 3x crashes on £1300+ bonus buys, meaning I’d effectively lost £4k. This money was eventually returned but it’s still extremely frustrating.

I lodged an official complaint with them regarding the withdrawal issue on 23rd December 2025, and 9 days later I am still yet to receive ANY kind of response from their “compliance team”.

From initially being a big fan of their platform, their quite obvious RTP Capping of players “unable” to withdraw is a major problem, encouraging them to play their winnings away. Their support team is absolutely atrocious too.

I’d advise any player who intends to spend big amounts on a site to look elsewhere. You will not benefit from Velobet.

Unfortunately, despite many messages and assurances that my case was “under review,” no explanation or evidence has been provided, and the funds have not been returned. Support responses were generic, and live chat was closed without resolving the issue.

I made every effort to resolve this directly with the company before writing this review. At this stage, due to the lack of transparency and resolution, I am pursuing formal legal and regulatory actions.

I strongly advise anyone considering this platform to be cautious, especially regarding withdrawals and dispute handling
