It’s impossible to get verified so the only withdrawal option is crypto (which I don’t own) - I’ve uploaded VALID information to get verified but it gets auto declined every time. They keep calling me offering free spins. This time I won €60+. Went down to €40+ & wanted to withdraw so I emailed them saying I’m still having problems verifying & they don’t respond. It’s draining tbh. I ended up burning the money AGAIN just to get rid of it since it’s impossible to withdraw. They can offer me 1000 spins & I won’t play again. Utter nonsense casino. Hell guys This scam site does not accept deposits. If it sees a positive comment, the people on the site themselves will deposit money and take it away. They will not give you anything.

I've had a terrible experience with this casino. Please do not use them, they are a scam. Firstly they claim to be separate from Donbet... despite them hilariously getting the two casinos mixed up when dealing with an issue. They emailed from Velobet about a goodwill gesture from Donbet, not realising they were using the wrong email account. So do not believe them when they say Donbet and Velobet are separate companies. I have proof they are the same!

But my real issue is, I signed a contract excluding me from all santeda casinos as I am a vulnerable gambling addict on gamstop. Instead they target me by emailing me and calling me promoting a VIP service that I am a member of... enticing me to gamble again with bonus offers.

I again tell them on the phone to self-exclude me. they allow me to sign up and lose a lot of money. I again tell them to self-exclude me. They then CALL ME AGAIN enticing me with more offers.

I usually rave about velobet. Today at 4 they promoted cashback bonusses being available from live chat. However when i ask for mine im told by juro suuport agent the 5% cashback isnt available anymore.

My account was suddenly closed and the majority of my balance was confiscated.

The casino claims I violated their terms (Sections 9 and 10), but refuses to provide any evidence or clear explanation despite repeated requests.

In response to the reply I have already had fruitless conversations with the live chat people at Velobet who told me there was nothing they could do as I had cancelled the bonus. I told them that was impossible as I was out of the house when I was supposed to have cancelled but they weren't interested. Took all my real money and outstanding bets. The only people who had access to my account are the people at Velobet - do not trust these people, at the end of the day it's my fault, they are a black market unregulated bookmaker and I deserved what happened to me, still leaves a nasty unpleasant taste in the mouth though.
