Purchased a pond skimmer pro and it won't stay in the water. It keeps lifting up out of the water and then makes a horrible noise as it is then running dry. It's sitting in 3ft of water so I don't believe it is running in to little / shallow water. Response so far from Velda is zero, mean while my pond is not being skimmed and I have wasted money on a product that can not be used
