I was mainly interested in the travel and gadget sections, but ended up browsing quite a bit longer than planned. There are some useful items mixed in with the clothing, which makes the store feel less limited. Delivery was fine and the tracking page updated properly from dispatch to arrival. No issues with the packaging either.

I don’t usually buy clothes from stores I haven’t used before, so I started with one jacket. The sizing worked well for me and the material feels decent for the price. Shipping wasn’t instant, but I received updates along the way and the parcel arrived safely. I’d be comfortable ordering again based on this experience.

I ordered 2 days ago, so I haven't received my robe with heat yet. So unsure how to rate an item I haven't used yet. But the ordering was easy. So the star rating is in regards to the ease of purchase not the actual robe. Send me a new rating email after I receive the robe and use it and I can do another star rating experience.

Velaro travel are 100% scammers and…
Velaro travel are 100% scammers and have completely ripped me off. I purchased over 2 weeks ago and reviews on trustpulot were 4.4stars. 2 weeks later I receive item nothing like what I ordered and was told thats the correct item and they wont let me return it eventhough thats statutory rights. This is theft I plain sight. I then searched reviews again and found the rating at 1 star with tonnes of bad reviews saying the same as me. Now 5 days later all those reviews have disappeared and its back to 4.4stars!
Trust pilot! You are enabling theft by letting them erase the bad reviews and rip people off. Trust pilot shame on you.
Best way is for me to upload photos to this trust pilot review so everyone can see what you are doing however, at the moment I cannot find out how to attach photos of the rip off products you are sending instead of what your website advertises

Very disappointed with my items…
Very disappointed with my items purchased. I ordered two of the 360 deg Galaxy Sky Projector with a goose neck.
When they arrived they look nothing like the advertised product. No gooseneck, a small circle of light projects only on to either part of the wall or part of the ceiling.
Dome is about 10% of the size of the advertisement.
Would not recommend.
Other than that, communication was good and delivery was within 14 days.
