I have ordered 1 year membership last…

I have ordered 1 year membership last year on 22nd Feb 2025 and switched subscriptuons off to avoid further charges, but Vekslersystem switched it on without letting me know and charg3d me another year membership without letting me know or sending invoice...I only found out from my bank account. I have tried to get a refund as I don't use them for few months, but they are refusing to give me money back.
My advise to EVERYONE is to make sure they will give you in writing that your subscription is off, otherwise you can say good buy to your money. I would not reccommend this company.
