I ordered this product in Nov. I finally recived notice that it was delivered and it was not. I have sent an e-mail to customer service to find out where it was delivered to. I will update when I and if I hear from them.

Ordered a rug paid with my debit card , i didnt have any info on a tracking no so contacted company, got reply its being shipped it eventually arrived but got wrong size , i ordered XL size M arrived which was tiny , all i wanted them to do was change for me to correct size , after 10 emails i was offered a discount voucher of 20%-30 % keep the wrong one , at this stage alarm bells are ringing then i was offered a $12 refund , I paid over 70 euro plus shipping , I then started to read complaints they are all very similar, its a SCAM , Mr Yun Zhou you are a criminal other company is Dot art same company ripping people off

I purchased this to have a craft to do while my mom was in surgery and recovering. This was a relaxing thing to do. As a first timer since I was young to complete a latch hook kit, I must say it was fine for a beginner. It's truly a cute pillow and the backing is super soft. The size makes a very nice throw pillow. All in all I would totally recommend it.

On my 4 kit for Xmas! Turned out beautifully! Their pillows are nicely finished that’s why a little high $$$!
Yarn is super soft also! Only complaint is they have wrong size hook for 4 ply yarn! Small hook is for baby yarn! Been doing Latch hook for 40 years so had bigger hook! Took about 3weeks to come but nicely packaged! Luv this company! MERRY CHRISTMAS

This is a scam for sure.. been a week. There is no tracking number, I contacted them, I told them I wanted a refund.. they are refusing and telling me wait alittle longer.. do not order from them.. you should never refuse your customer a refund..

I wish I had come on here to read the reviews before ordering. Placed the order in February for a birthday in March, everything looked fine it was dispatched and tracked. However, what arrived was some Jigsaw. Emailed the company to question and was told that this was a "Gift" and my order would be on the way. Kept emailing and keep getting the party line of "Please bear with us as we wait for the communication from the delivery team". I asked for a refund in June and was offered only $7.00 (about £5) or a voucher for 20-30% off. I refused that, then was offered $11 (About £8) and that I could keep the item (What item!!) Refused this as I had paid £30.00.

Now into November, still no item, no refund. I genuinely think this company is a scam.

I ordered 3 pillow kits. I received all of them. The latch material is already sewed to a satin backing. It has a zipper. When you finish the latching, you buy a 16 x 16 inch pillow stuffing and insert through zipper, zip up and fluff. Great pillow kits.

Ordered two pillow kits; when they didn't show up and tracking didn't show any locations/delivery attempts I requested a full refund. Tried to say my address was entered incorrectly so they couldn't deliver; nothing was mentioned until I requested a full refund. Paid using PayPal; my address is verified. Only received refund for one kit; they're still saying my address is wrong. Stay far away from this website; they're scammers!!

UPDATE: All tracking info stopped once I requested the refund so they hadn't shipped anything. Screams scammers!

It would be zero star if I could. It has been 10 months and never received the order. All emails ignored.
Can someone shut them down?

Placed an order with this company and immediately had an attempt to open a credit card account using my information. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I wish I had done research prior to ordering. The pillow latch hook kits looked so neat...

Lesson learned!

I would never deal with this company again. I ordered a latch hook kit early in February as a gift for mid March. Tracking information was impossible. I kept in constant contact with them via email hearing every time that it was shipped. Nothing to indicate that it was. After asking for a refund by the end of March, I was told yet again that it was shipped, so no refund. Well it FINALLY arrived, poorly packaged, with loose yarn, the wrong color yarn and in one case yarn that was obviously left over from some other project and was too small to use properly. No, I will never deal with this company again!

Do not order from these people. I ordered a rug kit in February and received a stupid puzzle. They told me that was a gift and my product was on the way. Five months later I have no product and they have my money.

SCAM!! Avoid at all cost!! Been waiting for months and still nothing and everytime i ask for refunds i get the same response from “Irish” saying its in process but we all know it’s not coming!

I ordered a kit in Feb - they sent a cheap ring. I have been emailing constantly. they offered me a refund of $9 which was a third of what I had paid - all they could afford. Then keep telling me they are sending it and to be patient. I have accused them of scamming people but they don't care. Strange that there only seems to be one customer service person called Irish.

I ordered a rug in february, (latch hook) they sent me some sort of jigsaw worth a fraction of the price, i have been fighting it and getting nowhere, they said i could keep the jigsaw and they would refund $12 which is around £9 I have turned that down as i paid them just over £50.00 not impressed, do not order from this company

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Instead for my order (two rug kits) l they sent me some shi**y jigsaw. When I contacted them, they apologized and assured me that my order will be sent. It wasn't. It was almost 2 months ago and they keep responding me the same - they have delays and they will send my request to their werehouse. I still didn't get my order. I aked for refund but i guess that won't happen. Don't do the same mistake I did - avoid this store. Big scam!

I ordered 3 latch hook kits. Wrong size was sent. Have tried and tried to contact them with no response. Getting ready to contact card company to claim a fraud charge. Want to send stuff back but cant get ahold of anyone in customer service. Do not order from this company
as of Aprill 12.2023 I was able to get 40.00 back and stuck with rugs that are of no use to me. They lost another star
