VEHO KASA Lightbulbs, not able to use because but they are to lazy to update, need to throw away,

I always wanted one. What a great product the Veho projector! We enjoy movie nights with the kids. Netflix, Disney, etcetera, all the apps we love. And the calming light compared to television helps to fall asleep faster. A must have for everyone!

Using the Kuzo Pro smartwatch since 4-5 weeks now. Really happy with my purchase. Price/quality awesome!

Terrible quality of products and an even worst customer service provided from them

I recently picked up the Veho Quda PJ-1 (for a bargain price at Vodafone) and I’ve been genuinely impressed with it. The initial setup was a little fiddly and, embarrassingly, it took me a while to find the focus wheel – but once I did… wow. The picture suddenly snapped into crystal clarity and it genuinely felt like having a real cinema at home.

We’ve been using it in the bedroom and it’s perfect for winding down in the evenings with films and shows. With the lights low, it creates a cosy, cinematic atmosphere that totally transforms the space. I can easily see this being brilliant in a kids’ bedroom for movie nights or in a study where you want a big screen without taking up room.

The sound is okay but I found it a little quiet, so I paired a set of Bluetooth speakers and that completed the experience perfectly.

I couldn’t cast from my phone, but that wasn’t a problem in the end—I was able to install all the apps I needed directly onto the projector, including Netflix, Disney+, ITVX and Prime Video, and everything streams smoothly.

The build quality really surprised me as well. It looks and feels premium, and considering the bargain I paid (and even at full retail), the value for money is spot on.

Once you get it set up and dialled in, the Veho Quda PJ-1 is an incredible little home cinema upgrade. Highly recommended.

My Veho mz4 is a great little speaker. I use it most weekdays for several hours at a time. It is neat and looks good. The sound quality is excellent. It is easy to link to my phone and wi-fi. The battery lasts well on even a short charge.

They require only a few hours to fully charge and can last for nearly an entire week on a single battery cycle. In addition, their noise-cancelling performance is of exceptional quality. Deffo recommend!

I have had several Veho products but my ZB -7s are the best headphones I have ever had. The sound quality is superb and they are really light. Super comfy to wear

About the PZ-12 Pebble Powerbank. It's really the best powerbank I have ever used.

I have a couple of Veho products and have been super impressed with all of them - I use the Pebble PZ-20 everyday and will definitely continue to do so. I have recommended Veho to everyone I know !

I bought a Veho projector with a remote that didn't seem to work. Before contacting the retailer I emailed Veho customer service to see if they had any suggestions. Very helpful response that resulted in them sending me a new remote. Everything working fine now.

I purchased a Veho watch for £200 in November 2024 and gifted it for Christmas. Unfortunately, within a few months of use, the buckle and tongue of the strap detached multiple times. Eventually, the components were lost, and I was unable to find replacement straps on Veho’s website.

I first contacted Veho customer service in March 2025. On April 2nd, I received a response from Evan Burress asking if the strap was damaged. I explained that the strap itself was intact, but the essential components (buckle and tongue) were missing, and I provided a photo for clarity.

I followed up on April 8th after receiving no reply. The next day, Evan asked for a photo of the buckle—despite the fact that I had already stated it was missing and that I had previously sent a photo. I reiterated the issue and asked if they could either provide a replacement part or direct me to where I could purchase a full strap. Since then, I have received no further response, despite a final follow-up email on April 23rd requesting a reply.

For a £200 watch, I expected much better build quality and a more responsive customer service experience. It's disappointing that a product at this price point failed so quickly and that the company has been unwilling or unable to provide a resolution.
