The driver was professional and was atmy hotel way before the pick-up time. The car was very clean and comfortable, and rhe ride took exactly one hour. I booked a transfer from Istanbul Airport to our hotel before vi got in airplane. Our plan had 40 min delay. But vi transferred to our hotel with good care anyway.

it was little hard to reach in the beginning
I was just hoping that they wrote my name in a paper so it will be more easier to found.. I was needed to ask some one to call the number and to reach their ..
Once I found then everything was smoothly .. the car was so amazing and the devier was driving very well..
I was really hoping that if they offer water at least .. it will be more appreciated and a nice thing to be done specially that we came from a travel..

The driver of the vehicle that was supposed to take us from our hotel in central Istanbul to the airport proved to be completely unreliable.
In the city he overtook at full speed and with very risky manoeuvres. On the highway the speed was excessive without any justification, Finally, a few kilometers from the final destination he fell asleep or was distracted with his smartphone, and he lost control of the car which crashed into the guard rail. Luckily no other vehicles were involved or we would all be dead. It is unacceptable that such a serious event should happen.
Therefore, this driver must be banned forever from driving vehicles. Passenger safety must always come first. The airport ambulance intervened and carried out first aid and two police cars carried out the findings of the accident. Due to this incident my wife was hospitalized with suspected head trauma and only came out today. If - as I believe - you are a serious company, in addition to sending the driver away, you should reimburse the cost incurred for the transfer (BOOKING NUMBER 856444) and pay compensation for the damages suffered by the 3 passengers with a sum equal to 3000.00 euros.

The service was very professional handled, We used from and to airport and both our drivers were very polite. The car was large enough for our luggage and vehicles were clean and very comfortable. We arrived after midnight and their was no problem meeting our driver as they sent us a video explaining how to get to the pick up area, brilliant idea. Pick up from hotel efficient as the driver arrived early for us and as the traffic was bad getting to the airport, we didn't worry about our flight. Great company would use again.
