The website has disappeared, along with the remaining balance on my Vegolink eSIM card. It's extremely unprofessional to vanish without any warning or communication.

I second that other 1-star review
I second that other 1-star review. They do not care. Not only do you have to jump through the hoops trying to tweak it in order to make it work (switching between profiles that are switching back arbitrarily, re-writing the ever self-resetting APN and so on) - when the sole active profile stops working, they are not doing anything.You just lose your balance, that's it. Buy a new card, it will happen again. Zero support. And it's probably bearable if it's your back-up card, but if it's the only one you're travelling with... Tough luck. Indeed, find something more reliable and stay away from these guys.

Neglectful attitude
Quite a strange company and their products. For example, I bought a total of about 10 SIM cards. At first they worked, then one by one they stopped working, it's not about balance or inactivity time. They just worked and started to stop working. Tech support politely replies that someone is interfering with their profiles. When you contact them repeatedly they just don't answer anything. They don't care as far as I can tell in practice. They sold the simcard and that's enough. Exactly the same roaming rates for Georgian SIM cards, you can just write Vegolink on them and sell them for 50-100$.
