I have been client for years. Yes, they are always late, and yes, 90% of the time they called me after because something is "suddenly" out of stock, but I was always flexible because I wanted to support a fully vegan business. But this has been the last time. I made an order of 100 euros 2 months ago, and they haven't shipped anything. They don't call me, so I called them already in multiple different days. Most of the time, I get the voicemail, even though I'm calling at their working hours. One time one person picked up and told me to send an email to a different address. Of course I have not received a single reply from anyone, even though I sent reminders every week. I tried instagram, they said they would ask for someone to reply to me, and guess what? Also, no reply. So no support on the phone, email nor instagram. They took my 100 euros and that was it. Complete scam. I will contact my bank instead to get the money back. Never again!

This website claims orders are delivered within 24-48 hours, but once you order and pay, you find out the products are not in stock. It's been 8 days and I haven't received anything I ordered. I ordered the products specifically to take them abroad on a trip in a few days. They haven't responded to my email either. I'm requesting a chargeback from my bank. Shameless scammers.
