They do not return money if you return…

They do not return money if you return your order. They almost do not reply to your emails, and are not interested at all in your problem with returning stuff.
I ordered via Vegaoo.pl, but they have one department that works with returns.

The delivery was no problem

The delivery was no problem, the package arrived on the expected delivery day. The quality of the costume was just average as most of carnival costumes are, so I wasn't particularly surprised or disappointed.
