Placed an order before they closed on 25th aug for £40 worth of sweets and still haven’t received them. Contacted them 5 times, had 1 reply saying there had a been a problem and they would send out the order on Fri as this was the last day for orders to be sent, that was yesterday and not had any email or tracking info yet and no reply from my last email either!!!

Took a few weeks for the order to arrive but the sweets are excellent as always. I ordered these for my wedding and was particularly pleased I could order vegan, halal and gluten free all from one place.

My order was made on 14th July and I have emailed twice to see where my order is with no response. Poor customer service with no product received.

Great sweets, however there were quite a lot of broken sweets. I would order again though.

Vegan All Sorts are fantastic and tasty treats and sweets. I don't have sweets that often, but highly recommend Vegan all sorts for everyone - not just vegans. The sweets are delicious, scrummy, moreish, quite frankly, so much nicer than ordinary not vegan sweets.

My order was placed on 4th of May for two bags. Nothing came. Then I was assured by Dario on 26th May they would be sent out. Despite multiple emails back to him, I got no reply and still have not had a reply to any of my emails. I reached out to the Instagram account who said they would get my order resending a third time. I received 1 of the 2 bags. I messaged them back and they replied that they cannot deal with customer queries on Instagram, despite literally dealing with it rh week prior.

As of the 26th June I have still not received my full order. Dario has blanked my emails now since 26th May.

Lovely sweets. Was one pack short in envelope on delivery but Dario soon put that right. Buds are blooming delicious and the mega mix are always gorgeous. Love these sweets and they make fab bday prezzys for vegan and non vegan people try them you won’t be disappointed.

Great sweets, perfect not only for my vegan daughter but enjoyed by all the family.
Good value in particular the special offers, fast delivery, long shelf life and on the one occasion I was a bag short it was immediately rectified.
Many thanks - I wouldn't buy them from anywhere else.

The sweets are incredible. However I ordered 5 bags using an offer sent to me and only 3 bags have been received, I’ve emailed the customer services team 3 times with no reply. Such a shame but it has put me off ordering again.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Ordered sweets, nothing was sent other than lies from the owner. Requested a refund. Again nothing sent. Plain and simple theft - they have taken my money and not provided a product. Disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

So pleased that I’m able to order Vegan sweets on line, very good value for money and lots of choices.
Delivered by local courier too

I never received my order. Evri was the service used and I can’t understand why any company would use them. Evri lied about an attempted to delivery that never happened and told me to contact Vegan Allsorts who just didn’t seem to understand what I’d told them.

I always seem to have to get in touch regarding delivery as it doesn’t come when it’s supposed to or even days after but once it’s resent it arrives quickly. I had a parcel come from Australia quicker than my parcel from V.AS

Very disappointed in time it took to be delivered! I was waiting on these to be only a few days as b4 because they were for a child’s party and they didn’t arrive causing me to go out and spend on more sweets to compensate my delivery from yourselves not being delivered! Seen as I’ve ordered from yourselves few times it was very disappointing not even to get a reply after emailing you several times to inquire where my delivery was. The only compensation is that the sweets are very nice, other than that disappointing.

Quite simply my favourite sweets. 10/10 every time

Ordered two bags of “sad sweets” as I personally think broken ones taste better/are easier to eat. Most weren’t even broken and they actually sent me three bags instead of two. Amazing.

I ordered a fizzy mix and was sent the wrong mix (a fizzless mix) I emailed and was told I would receive the correct item. However it has been almost 2 weeks since those emails and I am yet to receive the correct item. My most recent emails have also been ignored.
