Food Poisoning
Not five stars at all. Zero. Sausages arrived and were put in the fridge immediately. Ate one pack over several days and both me and my wife were very ill. We then saw that there was mould growing on unopened packets of the VBites sausages. I have sent messages through the Un Monde Vegan website and Facebook but have received no response. I will never use umv again. I am in the process of reporting umv to the relevant authorities.

Good products, slow delivery
The website itself is good with a great range of products at reasonable prices. However I was disappointed with the delivery time frame of what I ordered. I placed an order on Thursday afternoon and paid extra to have 24hr delivery as I wanted some specific products for my restaurant. My order eventually arrived on Tuesday morning.

great! well packaged, arrived in a couple of data, delicious, easy to navigate site (although they need to allow the filtering of products that are not in stock). Also the delivery guy can be grumpy but thats not their fault.
