Scammers Took My Money & NOT RESPONDING Absolute Trash Service!
On March 28, 2025, I asked their support to cancel my auto renewal so I wouldn’t be charged for the next renewal simple as that. But instead, they canceled my whole subscription because their support team doesn’t understand ENGLISH Language
Now they call it a "confusion" from their side. It has been 24 hours, and no one is responding. They are not renewing my subscription even though I paid for two years. This feels like a scam.
Most VPN providers let users turn off auto-renewal from account settings, but this company doesn’t. Instead, you have to email them and wait. And if their support doesn’t understand English, they will just mess up your account. Terrible service!

Free version, the best connection for my location (Kaliningrad, Russia) is Oregon, but Egland, France, Germany are doing well. Since it's free, slow on weekends or when somethihg interesting happens is expected. You can check other connection points, or just reconnect to current. Probably, you'll get less loaded server. Little incovenience - if your State blocks access to internal resoures from other countries, you need second browser to use it locally. But VeePN is an extension to Chrome by default and doesn't redirect all traffic, doesn't affect other browsers. You don't need to switch it off while using, f.ex., Edge. So, incovenience is really little. Usage is very simple, I can't tell anythyng about support quality.

Scammy practices
It's one of the companies that uses the questionable practice of making you email them to cancel your service, instead of letting you do it online. I emailed them to cancel about 36 hours before my auto renewal and still got charged because it took them so long to cancel it. Plus, there were multiple back and forth via email as they tried to convince me not to cancel. Just a hassle!
