Hello. From my own experience VPN use from many,many years with different VPN companies . I can say VeeVPN is worst VPN company i ever meet, strongly recommended to avoid. I think i lost now already 1 month payment with them. I have with them many problems, 1. Streaming problems, 2. Connection problems. 3. Refund problems. They have 14 days refund policy but when i asked them many times for refund, after many conversations with them, they accepted my request for refund, but they wanted give me instead bitcoin refund for my bitcoin payment, they offered me USDT TRC-20 refund, what is that meaning? i must make USDT wallet and make exchange on my own to bitcoin. With many other VPN companies there is no such thing, they give you refund straight away.

I’m very shocked with these people cheating their Customer with their offers online.
I got a offer from VeePN for $1 subscription, when I proceed with the payment using PayPal, I noticed that despite of the payment, I did not receive the services. Therefore, I ask the PayPal for the refund and informed the the merchant that I did not got the services. But I got surprise that they charge me $96 on my PayPal account towards the subscription fees. I informed the merchant that I did not receive the services and my VPN is still not working, but they refused to refund my payment. I am still struggling to get my refund.
Please don’t take any subscription from this cheaters (VeePN) and don’t give access of your computers to these people, they could take your bank information and other sensitive information and use them against you to get your money.

Shady, buggy and full of Crapware
I have been a subscriber since 4 years and bought a lifetime subscription when I did. I don't meticulously use it but when I do, it's always filled with problems and bugs.
It was only VPN app back then. Clean interface. But now, it's bombarded with AskGPT, a Chat GPT knockoff, Antivirus, Breach alert, GPS spoofing tools and truckload of crap.
The subscription page says I don't have subscription despite having lifetime subscription after they added this crapware. Also, every time I open, the app forces to update and once updated, the application is stuck and you need to clear cache, data to login again.
The application is very shady in general and the practices doesn't seem privacy focussed.

Doesn't Work - Scam
The free Veepn site is great and I use it a lot for websites in the United Kingdom. As a result, I decided to upgrade to the Premium plan so I could use an Irish website. The Premium version does not work. I contacted them the day I purchased the subscription and heard nothing, then contacted them again two weeks later. They said they can't offer me a refund and their excuse is that the website has advanced VPN detectors. Despite this, they still won’t give me a refund. Feels like the free version is just a ploy to get you to pay for a fake VPN subscription.

Goodness, what an inadequate service. Customer support can't read properly written emails with all the details and just sends standard "how to", thus wasting your time. They are of no use if their service does not work. They have a "money back guarantee" but beware! They are so reluctant to part with your money, it is beyond shame. They will drag and drag and drag their feet, and you will have to basically shake your money out of them. I had to escalate to Paypal. TO AVOID!! Never ever again would I deal with them.
