Be aware if you are ordering from the UK. I ordered 1 dress on the 21st of December. And it never arrived. Have opened up a case with my bank to hopefully get my money back that way.
Zero response after contacting them on multiple occasions.

Scammers.
Be careful. I was charged extra 130GBP taxes that the shop did not mention. No reply after weeks of me sending emails to them.
Also the clothes are very poor quality, see-through and low quality.

No communication after attempting to contact the store via multiple platforms. My return parcel (RE-2025-0396) was delivered on 02-09-2025 - I am still awaiting my refund.

Since 2 weeks im trying to Return a few pieces i ordered online, but the link to the document i have to sign to Return just doesnt exist (Tried it on different devices). I tried to contact them 3 times (2 times via the form on the Website once via Email) and didnt get an answer. The time to Return things for my Order will be over tomorrow. I feel scammed and will contact the Verbraucherschutz.

The price point is very attractive, but the clothes are incredibly cheaply produced; even more so than their low prices suggest. The dress I bought was practically see through with messy stitching. It feels like a drop shipping company.
NB: they do not do returns from the UK. This is not the company's fault, I should have been more careful when reading the terms and conditions, but be aware before purchasing.

I placed my order in July, and while the delivery was very quick, which I appreciated, I was disappointed by the poor quality of the product, which I did not expect. I decided to return it, but unfortunately, that’s when the problems began.

1. The return portal didn’t work using the link provided. I contacted customer service, but it took two emails before I finally received help.

2. I was then able to send the return back, and according to the tracking information, it arrived successfully. However, it’s now October, and I still haven’t received any update.
I’ve sent several follow-up emails over time, understanding that processing can sometimes take a while, but I haven’t received any response at all.
At this point, I’m honestly tired of dealing with this issue. It’s unacceptable that it takes this long and that communication is completely lacking.

Lovely items, however, the items were way too big for me and I was unable to send back. I completely understand the policy of not being able to send things back but the items were a completely different size to described. Worst of all, I was sent a letter with a £36 import charge/tax. I was so upset to spend all that money on the items and the shipping, to then have another unexpected charge. I reached out to Veena Vintage, I've bought from you before and I thought you would be understanding, but they were no help. They sent me one reply saying "it's out of our control" and then nothing.

The fact that you may get charged a large import tax should be clearly written on your website to avoid nasty unexpected charges!

I really like this shop and already have been ordering several items. I love the style, it looks great on me. One item was a bit too small in the waist and i was offered to exchange it for a larger one for free. Fast delivery and good customerservice. I will definitely order again.

I ordered 3 items, everything looked so amazing on the pictures. Ended up keeping only one pair of pants because the other pieces who are supposed to be silk and viscose feel completely like polyester. As soon as I took it out of the package it was sticking to my body. Really disappointed. Also smelled bad.
I’m sad about it because I thought finally I found a brand with this gorgeous boho style. The only things you can purchase are the ones from cotton or rayon.

The top is beautiful and it fits but the whole set sticks to the body like it's plastik and definitely NOT Silk and Viskose. That's quite sad bc I have an allergy and therefore can't wear that. The trousers is also not an XL. It's more like M/L. The package arrived quickly in Germany though.

I found this store through TicTok and fell in love with the clothes. I placed an order and received tracking for my purchase. That was sent January 20th. After checking that my package had no movement for 9 days I contacted the company. ( I’m ordering from the United States), they replied back to me assuring that if I don’t receive my package after an additional 10 days that they will refund my purchase. It is now February 17th. I’ve emailed them during that time and they have been radio silent. I 200% do not recommend this company. Buyer beware!!!!!!

I purchased some items from the new veena velvet collection. The photos don't do justice, i love my items. I have had so many compliments on my 2 piece set! It also arrived promptly as described

Love the items I purchased, they're cotton and feel great. On the inside you can see that the stitching isn't perfect (a little messy) but it all looks fine on the outside. The phoenix tops are my favourite, I love how big the sleeves are!

The colours are really good neutrals and can be combined effortlessly. Do take note that the beige is more like a sand-colour than a creamy colour.

First you pay for sending to get the items you order.
But when you dont like, you have to pay again to send back?
So that for me was €12 fitting costs???
Still waiting for my refund also. Thats been 2 weeks.
And the items are not worth the money.

I bought a beautiful block print dress from this brand. I was stunned at how beautiful it was. The quality and detail is much better than I imagined. I will definitely be purchasing from this brand again

Last year I bought my girlfriend a beautiful Afghan coat and she loved it. I'm hoping they bring them back again this year. For her birthday this year she was just as thrilled with the blockprint items.

Huge disappointment,
The quality of the material tragic, despite the caution during washing (hand wash) the colors faded after 3 washes.
Poor quality of stitching.
Also, the only positive impression is good advertising and nice pictures.
A waste of money, discouraged....
Such a procedure has nothing to do with ecology and clothes for many years.
Oh and they smelled very badly when I am received them (packed in plastic bags)

I'm obsessed with my Hendrix jacket! The embroidery is beautiful, and it arrived super fast for an international shipment.

Ordered and received my dress the next day. Really nice quality and also good prices. Definitely would recommend!
