Veem is really nice to use
Veem is really nice to use. My employers are from the U.S.A and I'm a bahamian citizen living in the bahamas, Veem is the perfect bridge from my employes bank to my bank.

I had an issue but it was solved quickly. The prices are reasonable. Thank you for helping.
Excellent always quick & correct
can't get my money out
I did not want to use Veem, but somehow one of my customer sent money via Veem, and it is in 'our' Veem wallet. I contacted Veem to either get the money deposited to our bank account or return to the customer. They ask for detailed ownership info RE regulatory requirement. Veem is not a bank, and I do not feel comfortable providing those info. We are stuck!
I felt tricked into the situation as the way they do business and design their workflow are not transparent. You allow Veem account be created and accepting money, but will only allow money to flow out if additional info is provided.
Veem has proven to be an excellent…
Veem has proven to be an excellent payment solution, particularly for my foreign clients. Recommend it highly.
Veem is without a doubt the best money…
Veem is without a doubt the best money transfer service I have used. Very easy to use and effecgtive.
Excellent service!!
Our funds held hostage
Takes forever for them to pay us. Tyltgo is a driver delivery app that uses them to pay us an they are all clueless. We were supposed to get paid yesterday and still have not received our pay and not one is keeping us updated on what's going on. I reached out to someone and they gave me the info in ways I couldn't even understand.
Effort and understanding
I'm happy to share that my recent money transfer was a great experience! At first, I was a little nervous, but everything went smoothly. The process was quick, secure, and easy. In no time, I got confirmation that the money had successfully reached my bank account. It was a huge relief, and I'm glad it all worked out without any issues!
Great JOB Matt!
Matt was excellent. Our organization did not have our financial institution listed as part of the list to receive the payment. Matt was instrumental in collecting the right information from us and added our banking. We were able to receive the payment. Very grateful for his customer service and for taking action.
their platform is broken badly
They had System issue which automatically Changed the beneficiary name , when it was processing ,it was on recalled and one of the payment was Added to chargeback by themselves , Yet they lied that payment has gone to sender bank already and my sender told me because of their system , payment has Gone Null ,
Payment was actually went null because of your system and Payment cant go to chargeback when it send towards bank
, they also failed to provide any details of chargeback and it cannot be possible without my permission
yet they cant even investigate where ur payment is
next more transaction errors occurred , sender credit card is block or other issue with sender , pulling fake scenarios
My sender disburse my salary thru other artist veem account and it worked that proves that their platform is broken .
only 1 payment was processed after long month . worse platform
And you all can clearly see , the below response from veem is clearly a change of topic to hide their creepy Lies . My money was on my way to bank received thru their account ,first they receive transaction and then they send it and they say they didnt receive it , even recall one of the payment and why lying.

Worst Payment Platform
Again, every month I will write review because I have same experience monthly. Can you believe that it will take days for them to receive payment from client transfer to Veem???!!!

Is an ABSOLUTE STAR; she assisted me with fixing an error I had with a bank whereby they did not assist with international payments; she fixed my issue, added my new banking details, and resolved my problem in less than an hour and a half. I am super grateful; I feel a RAISE is coming on!! Thanks VEEM xo

*Eventually Resolved* (Inconsiderate, Unhelpful, Unfair...)
My monthly payment was paid to me by the company on the 3rd of December 2024. Usually (based on past experiences which have been great through veem) I would have received my money in my bank account by the 5th of December latest. After not receiving my funds I waited until the following Monday, and was advised that more information was requested by the partner bank which veem supplied, and the checks and payment should be finalized within 7 - 10 business days. After still not receiving my funds, I reached out again and was advised the delay is still with the partner bank. It is now the 26th of December and I have not received my funds! I am a normal person, trying to live a normal life... I rely on my income to pay my bills, buy food and live etc. To date I have not been able to pay my bills, buy food and was not able to celebrate Christmas. I have been really let down, I lost faith as it has now been 16 business days since the payment was initially made to me. I will not be able to claim or be compensated for a the extra bank fees, interest on my unpaid accounts, or be able to redo Christmas. Worst possible time ever and why is it taking this long to have my funds released by the partner bank!! I'm a normal person, not a criminal... It just feels so unjust and unfair... And I feel that veem should be putting more pressure on the partner bank to release my funds! Why all of a sudden after over a year where there have been no hiccups that my funds are now all of a sudden on hold by the partner bank. I am so disappointed. I don't know what to do. I was told to be patient and wait. It's not fair to have to wait so long. How do I know my future payments will be released timeously now! I need some assurances and also need some clarity on what is happening now. This isn't good enough, poor service and communications and I feel that veem should do more to get this resolved. Still can't buy food, pay bills and yeah like I said... Can't redo Christmas now. So it's been a total mess up.
Update: It is now January 04th, 2025 and my payment is still on hold. Keep getting the same responses with regards to feedback, that "the funds are still on hold due to compliance reviews with the partner bank and OFAC" - my account was selected as a false positive under the OFAC and Veem advised they submitted documentation etc, if this was the case and they proved the false positive per research I did, I should've received my funds within 24 Hours of Veem being advised my funds were on hold... Maximum 10 working days. The estimated payment date per veem keeps on moving, if payment doesn't come in, the date moves on to the next day... How can you even go by the estimated payment date now when it's total nonsense. I've watched the date change everyday so far, it brings false hope. So estimation date is actually just a guestimation date it seems to keep clients mouth shut. I'm in a desperate situation and need my funds so I keep following up and my patience is now non-existant.
Ridiculous. I rely on my monthly income to survive, pay bills, pay rent, buy food. Nevermind Christmas and New Years - I just want my funds so I can settle my bills and not be kicked out of the place I'm renting due to non-payment and I'd love to be able to buy food. I have money that I worked hard for, but it's being held, and it's now literally over a month!! Depressing. Unfair. I'm a normal person and I feel that someone is dropping the ball in having this sorted, be it veem or the partner bank... Someone needs to do their job and get this sorted ASAP by the next business day, which is Monday the 6th - I'm waiting patiently to see what happens.
I'll update further once something ACTUALLY happens.
**Further Update**
Eventually my issue was resolved and Matt was communicative and assisted until the very end. I am updating my review and rating as since I had this awful experience (above), payments with veem have been smooth and timeous again, with no delays or hiccups. I am grateful that things are back to normal.
Great platform, except for that 1 experience I had, and back to being great.
As long as this type of stuff doesn't happen again, the platform is good otherwise.
Shoutout to Matt S and Halima
