Absolutely the best! 5 stars all around. I do not give 5 stars very easily but VeeLocks truly deserves it. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and I will continue to be.

The customer service:
Personalised and extremely professional yet human. I have received advice on hair and colouring. VeeLocks does not tire no matter how many basic and probing questions I ask. The patience of the company and sheer willingness to educate and make you feel secure before you spend money is literally the reason I go back!
The quality of product:
I don’t say this lightly but every single wig or bundle order I have ordered from VeeLocks has arrived promptly, styled to salon standard, coloured in ways that make sure the Colour is not flat and dull but multidimensional and vivid and ready to use. The hair quality is so good that I have had stylist in 4 different countries ask me for the name and link to purchase bundles/wigs for themselves or their clients. VeeLocks hair has withstood the heat of Dubai, the snow in Norway and the diving In South Africa without even shedding. I highly recommend purchasing from VeeLocks.
The hair also lifts well when coloured or bleached, it is thick from root to tip and passes all human hair tests for those of us that know.

Terrible wig provider. I spent £850 (+ £19.99 for the only shipping option) on a "raw" hair beyonce dyed wig only to be sent a poorly died orange toned uneven coloured wig with extremely dry shafts and straggly ends. The lace closure was not sewn on properly and had a bald spot that showed the back track.
Customer service? The customer service was appalling. Athough I had sent a lengthy email with pictures of the wig sent to me, LynNneka did not acknowledge the terrible quality and acted as though she was doing me a favour by refunding me once I returned the wig (I paid by klarna and credit card, so I have consumer rights and she knew that).
She refused to pay the return costs and then proceeds to block me on Instagram.
She's unprofessional and scamming women with catfish wigs.
Lastly she tries to push her customers that order through her website and Instagram business to pay by bank transfer, don't do it unless you don't mind losing that money and being sold a poor quality wig.
