Instructions were questionable, received it but the handle bars were in need of switching around. E1 but luckily not my first one so I knew what to do, but solid as they come, can’t beat the replaceable battery, 12 miles after I assembled , definitely solid and better than the cheaper options.I literally had to charge my last ones on a regular basis and now might have to charge it every couple days, now let’s see how far it goes

The bike is really nice to look at. But it’s not as easy to use as it’s advertised. It’s a very heavy bike it’s hard to fold because the hinges are new and I’m a 200 pound man that works out the bike is very difficult to lift. It’s a big bike and it should be advertised as a big bike it’s not lightweight and it’s not easy to maneuver. But he rides well. Wish I could return it but it to dang big to re pack lol

I am trying to return this item as I ordered the wrong size and you will not respond to my email requesting return information.

The bike was delivered 4 days after FedEx originally indicated the delivery date. I was very excited to receive it and my partner assembled it for me. I charged the battery without problems. As we attempted to test ride it, we noticed the front brake squeaked. It appears the front wheel is not properly aligned in the fork. The handlebars prefer to lean to the right. I contacted the online support group and have received a receipt acknowledgement. I am very hopeful they will help me correct the issue! It's a beautiful day and I would love to use my new bike!!

Love the bike! It is cheap comfortable, fast and very handsome. My only problem is the charger died. I’ve ordered a new one but it’s on the slowboat from China and until I get it I can’t ride. I’ve looked for another charger but I’ve not found the proprietary plug they use.

I am very pleased with the Veefa bike. It has exceeded my expectations for quality and value. I did a lot of research before purchasing and the Veefa bikes had most of the features I was looking for including 27.5” tires, aluminum frame, 500 watt motor with 10.4 amp hour built in battery, enclosed in frame cables etc. It is difficult to know if the quality is as good as the website reflects but when I received the bike it was very good quality. The motor is very powerful. The color was described as dark blue but it looks dark grey (pewter?). I like the color Assembly was straight forward and gears and brakes all were properly adjusted. I have ridden it about 20 miles so far with out charging the battery and it still has three bars left.

I have enjoyed my E-Bike to the fullest. First time buying an E-bike and so far I love it. I can’t wait to explore different trails. 🙌🏼I love the color. The only thing I would invest would be a softer cushion. So far it’s been a great experience.😎

We bought the XT for my wife and the MT for myself.
Both E-Bikes arrived in good order and assembly was easy. The bikes are comfortable to ride and perform well. I had a question about an accessory. I called customer service and Daniel was very helpful. Both E-Bikes seem to be well made and have all the features we wanted. No regrets!
