I wanted a human to help with our design and Timothy helped tremendously and was able to make the adjustments and changes I wanted. They made the process easy and communication was prompt and informative.

I researched many online companies, and came across this company, plus Chatgbt gave it high ratings. Extremely user friendly. For my T-shirt design I decided to pay and hire Vectorgurus.com to vectorize 3 images for me. One was even a hand-drawn font and Timothy made it look spectacular and professional. The total cost was only $150 for my 3 images, and to my surprise they provided me will all the file types... png, jpg, PDF, and ai.

For another logo, I did the do-it-yourself vectorizing, where you purchase credits to use for your project(s). It was so easy to understand and for me to do.

Plus to mention, Timothy provided me same day service, this is golden service!

I came to Tim with a complex AI-generated logo that needed professional vectorization — a faceted 3D diamond mark with multiple gradient faces, precise brand colors, and a two-part wordmark with a TERRA/CAD color split. This was not a simple trace job.

Tim delivered exceptional work. The vector reproduction preserved every detail of the 3D depth and shadow, the gradients are smooth and accurate, and the colors match the brand spec exactly. Beyond the vectorization itself, Tim worked through several iterations on the horizontal lockup — adjusting icon scale and spacing until the balance between the icon and wordmark was exactly right. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in getting it right.

I got an AI generated logo, but it was rasterized, and since I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator subscription, I could not convert it to proper SVG (sadly Inkscape just isn't anywhere on par when it comes to vector tracing - or I don't know how to use it).

When I loaded my image into Vectorizer.ai, it produced a very clean vector trace - and since this was a one-off, I just paid the 3$ for it and went away happily.

I can definitely recommend the vector tracing feature of this website (at least in March 2026).
