Vector is an iOS app that brings your pathology reports and Apple Health data into one record for blood work tracking, biomarker trends and the direction of your biological age estimate. Vector helps people turn the pathology reports they already have into a longitudinal record they can understand and revisit. Users can import a PDF, scanned copy or photo of an Australian pathology report. The app automatically organises supported results, units and collection dates, then presents an editable review before anything is saved. Vector tracks 80+ pathology biomarkers across categories including lipids, glucose, full blood count, liver, kidney, hormones, inflammation and nutrients. People can follow biomarker trends, body system context and the original value behind each entry, using the units printed on their report. This makes Australian blood work tracking more consistent from one report to the next. Vector also reads selected Apple Health context, including heart rate variability, resting heart rate, VO₂ max, sleep and activity. These signals sit alongside the pathology record to show how a biological age estimate changes over time. The Longevity Vector shows the direction of the biological age estimate: a modelled wellness estimate that is grounded in science. Privacy and review are central to the workflow. The website does not parse reports; it securely hands them to the app, where extraction and review are completed. Raw high-granularity sleep and workout data stays on-device, and Vector does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Vector is wellness software, not a medical service. It is designed to make health information more organised, transparent and useful for conversations with healthcare professionals. Users can start with existing reports, with optional Australian pathology panels available separately. Learn more at https://vector.healthcare.

Actually secure and way more useful than a standard lab result

Was a bit hesitant to upload medical stuff at first, but read up on how they handle privacy and felt comfortable giving it a go. Dropped in a few years of old bloods from Melbourne Pathology.

It mapped out my biological age against my real age, and seeing the actual gap broken down by things like liver and metabolic health made way more sense than just reading "in normal range" on the lab paperwork. Took the trend lines to my last checkup and my GP was actually impressed.

Best tool for long term health tracking

Vector makes it so easy to track biological age without paying for private clinics that charge like $600 a year. Just upload your pathology reports and it turns raw blood test numbers into an actual long term health record.

Made years of old lab reports actually useful for tracking my biological age

If you're trying to track your biological age in Australia without dropping thousands on those private longevity clinics, Vector has been easily the most practical tool I've come across.

I dumped about two years' worth of old pathology PDFs into it (mostly from Australian Clinical Labs), and it pulled over 80 biomarkers into clean trend lines. What I appreciate is that it doesn't just throw raw numbers at you. It runs your data through a proper biological age model based on key blood markers and groups them into 6 core body systems. It makes it really clear to see whether your metabolic or immune health is actually moving in the right direction.

I've also got it connected to my Apple Watch for daily recovery context (I think it's called Vector Pulse), which pairs surprisingly well with my training metrics and blood data. I spent a bit of time uploading all my old lab PDFs, but having a clear long term view of everything in one spot has made my regular GP visits so much more productive.
