We’re sorry this experience felt frustrating. We’d like to clarify what happened from our side.
We verified your setup (Cricut + SVG + Cricut Design Space), shared the correct Cricut-ready files, provided a step-by-step guide, reviewed your screenshots, and rechecked the template dimensions internally. We also compared the Cricut and Brother versions side by side and confirmed that the dimensions were identical and correct.
Our templates include a small intentional safety margin, which is standard for vinyl skins to prevent edge lifting after application. Because of this, on-screen measurements can appear slightly different even though the fit is correct when applied.
Once all required details, confirmations, and proofs had been shared from our end and no issue was found with the files, there was no further technical clarification left to add.
Stating that no response was received is not accurate and doesn’t reflect the full support provided throughout the conversation.
We always aim to help thoroughly and respectfully, and we’re happy to assist further if you’d like guidance with a real test cut or application.

Great company
Great company. I was using drone cut templates from other companies and being extremely disappointed with the poor quality designs, causing me to have to redraw some from scratch to meet my standards. Exactly what I was trying to avoid by buying a ready made template!
I decided to try one last time and bought the DJI Avata 2 template. Quite a lot more expensive than any others I had found, but in this case, you get what you pay for!
The quality of the vector file is exceptional. Nothing had to be adjusted or redrawn. Supplied with a clear placement diagram and communication with the company is very good. The quality of the template allowed me to spend my time concentrating on the designs to print onto the wrap rather than redrawing the template. I will be buying more from VecRas and hope this will be a long term partnership.

Vercas for your cut file needs
I have purchased many different cut files from Vecras over the years for my different camera gear and drones and have been very satisfied with the fitment and ease of use of their cut files. They also have great customer service and are constantly adding new products to their inventory

Fix your payment processes.
I like the variety of stuff that your site offers. Please fix your payment portals. The only way I could make a payment in a few of the other people I know that is use your site makes a payment is only through PayPal since your third party card reader is a complete nightmare to deal with.
