Great service from these guys and I love my massage chair!

After sales service is amazing.

Bought 2 chairs from them already.

1st one was too big to get in the door. They sent me a detailed video showing how to disassemble.

2nd chair needed a spare part and they sent me it without hesitation and best of all free of charge.

Overall the experience was great. Although we have experienced some minor technical issues with the massage chair, the staff responsed to our enquiry and solved them promptly. They were very friendly and professional. And of course, the massage chair is very comfortable.

I honestly can’t fault the customer service I received from Mo and the team at V Comfort. From start to finish they have been impeccable. The item itself was wonderful & the communication second to none. I can’t recommend them highly enough - absolutely brilliant!
