I wanted to wait a while before writing this review as when spending the type of money a massage chair costs I wanted to see whether it was 'one shot wonder' purchase - and I can safely say after a year I still love my massage chair and I sit in it most days.
I did a lot of research on the chairs - visiting the 4 main suppliers of massage chairs and researched the background of the companies. After sitting in so many chairs the top models blended into one another but I chose my iSupreme due to the hand massage which I love. But more important to me was the validity of the company, as given the cost I want this chair to last a long time.
I researched the backgrounds of the companies including looking at data at companies house, as I heard about a company that sold a bunch of chairs in the UK and then pulled out of the market, I believe Vcomfort will be around a while unlike one of them that had discontinued strike off which made me wary.
I have been more than happy with the aftercare that Vcomfort has provided as more than a year later they answered my question about the auto programmes and provided an extra cushion pad (which I hadn't followed up on within the year).
I would recommend them to anyone for this type of purchase.

Bought the Xavier Duo Pro Max 4D massage chair after trying it out at the showroom. The Chair is fantastic and best from price point vs feature perspective, 2 separate rollers equates to 4 hand massaging at the same time, touch screen controls with physical button pad on the left. This is a truly fantastic company that cares for its customers. Delivery and install was done with care. 5 stars for the company and its product. Highly recommended.

Quick service , very helpful and accommodating.

Amazing job from both of the lads, they moved the the chair into the upstairs room through a very narrow staircase. They made sure not to damage the walls or chair. 10/10 service much appreciated. Chair was moved, assembled and plugged in within 10 minutes. Great work.

First, I ordered from Amazon but I
have been disappointed by Amazon delivery team and I cancelled my order with them. After that I have been in contact with VComfort to make a new order direct from shop. Very informative staff, happy to help and to answer to all my questions. They helped me to choose the right product in line with my needs, the delivery team was very professional and provided a lot of information. It was necessary to take sides off for access through the doors but the staff done in no time. They explained me everything and removed all packaging. I have tried couple of preset programmes and I can say that is amazing. The quality of product is 10/10. Highly recommend
