Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional and highly recommended.

Good service, simple, clear and reasonably priced. Engineers ended up turning up an hour and a half for remediation work, hence the 4 stars, but were apologetic, friendly and competent. Would recommend/use again.

I contacted this company after a disaster of an experience with another company who had carried out an EICR at my property, identified 2 issues that needed to be resolved and then failed to resolve one of them after almost 12 months of trying!!

I gave up and looked online for a more reliable company, an came across this one. Dan responded to my message immediately, explained what needed to be done and said he would order the part immediately. As soon as the part arrived, Dan scheduled a time to come round and fix it. The issue is now fixed. I am delighted and VCO Electrical Services / EICR Pro will definitely be my go to electrician in the future.

A bit pricey compared to other but you get what you pay for I feel.

Very helpful. Always advise what is necessary avoiding unnecessary extra costs. Always upfront with the prices and do a good a quick job.

This company are trying to sell you a needless upgrade to the consumer unit. If you are testing a pre-2008 property beware! Pre-2008 RCD protection was not required so you will probably not have it. VCO will tell you this is now obligatory to pass. It is not. RCD should be classed as a recommended not obligatory improvement, therefore your EICR should pass with improvement recommended. VCO however will tell you it has failed and that you need to do an almost £1000 upgrade. They're just trying to get money out of you.

I own a flat in Clapham and I try to be the best possible host to the extremely nice young people who live in that property. So get anxious when work is done there and always ask a lot of questions. They told me that the extremely quick-to-respond pair from EICR PRO (upgrading all the electrical lighting) were excellent. It isn’t always like that so am happy to say thanks, and fully recommend them. Roger James
