I was impressed by the time they took to explain details of coin design, some interesting background stories, historic facts and much more. With patience and knowledge on their end I was so far most of the time in touch with one person (Hayden) who helped a great deal to get things done smoothly.

After resent call from Mathew of VC Bullion to see how was I getting On. I asked could I exchange two of my coins for something of abetter value with a reasonable Increase Cost He said he would look into what could be done.He later came back with a package off coins witch I approved I received the coins yesterday Iam very pleased thank you Mathew and V C Bullion

I’m a novice when it comes to gold. Started with buying the odd gold sovereign. Over time, I started to look at gold seriously and listen to others about collecting gold. I contacted VC and listened to their advice. I’ve been buying from VC for several years and I’ve had no issues to concern me. Recently I sold my “bullion” using VC. No problems and a lot richer. VC always use plain English and are happy to expand on anything I am unsure about! Gold is climbing steadily which is great but the most important thing to me is that it’s good to have in your portfolio to hedge against turbulent times, and that in the event of my death my children will not have to pay tax on my investment as my collection is treated as currency, and they can sell what they need to pay for my funeral!

Clear and unamiguous guidance provided by James on what's best to buy, why and engagement on a strategy for my portfolio creation. Quite heavily pressurised into buying with an unrealistic guidance as to how easily we could benefit from the investment. We were advised that it would be very easy to sell coins at any time but in reality it is more complicated and definitely a long term process.
