Support vest.
I use the support vest most of the time. It holds my colostomy bag securely and prevents drag on the adhesive.I also wear a black one at the pool for security and modesty.
My stoma is above my waistline and I find the boxers, trunks etc are not high enough.
I have tried belts from other companies which attach by velcro but they are uncomfortable.
Strange that the website only sells vests in packs of 2, a black and a white.

Although a bit of a struggle to get into the vest once on feels comfortable and keeps my urostomy pouch in firmly in place.
