From first contacting Vavoom the service I received was first class. The quotes I received for the cars I was interested in were extremely competitive and because of the service I received throughout, I decided to go with them. The process was so straightforward and Kammran was always on hand to answer any questions either by email or phone. He made the whole experience seamless. I would highly recommend Vavoom and also Kammran for the excellent service.

This is my second time taking a lease with Vavoom and I am sure not the last. Kam is amazing, always so helpful and goes out of his way to make sure the experience is stress free.

Vavoom was an easy to use leasing company which was offered from my workplace. Nick was our account manager, he was very thorough and attentive meaning he was always on hand for queries and would answer in a timely response.
The website is user friendly, however is slow to update with the special rate deals. I was told the cars on a specific deal were all sold out, yet the website would tell me differently, therefore this is why I've given Vavoom 4 not 5 stars.
The communication was good with the wider team and my car was delivered within a month or so of ordering right to my door.

Excellent communication from day one. Explained the process and gave several deals to chose from. Turnaround was excellent, Kam was always on hand if I had any questions or queries and Amy did a fantastic job with continued dialogue throughout. Highly recommend Vavoom for you leasing requirements.

We’ve had two great experiences with Vavoom, but most recently have had totally impeccable customer service from Kammran that changed the game. No question / worry / chat felt too big or too small, he found us a great deal in what felt like seconds and worked with us to make sure it was the right fit. The service I received from Nick and the team was excellent. The app used to pick your car was very easy to use and very informative. When I ordered the car I was kept informed every step of the way, I received a bi-weekly update until delivery. The team set expectations from the start and overall I am extremely happy with the service and will 100% be using them in the future
