DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered two items, a wool sweater and a coat. Only received one item, the sweater, which looks nothing like what I ordered.... it's not wool at all! The label says 100% polyester! Cheap, flimsy, and not at all warm.
I have contacted the seller many times to try to resolve this. They responded to my first email, telling me to wait 3-5 days for the second item to arrive. It never arrived, and the company has not responded to any further communications from me.

Don't bother
I have had the same experience as others noted here. Placed an order for over $100 about a few weeks ago and have received no product or shipping information from the seller. I have reached out to them several times but they are completely unresponsive. Wish I would have seen these reviews before placing my order!

I wish I could give them zero stars! The worst company to order from, I ordered my items Oct. 31, 2018 and still no legit tracking number, they sent me a fraudulent tracking number a couple of days ago! It’s been 20 days, currently waiting for refund🤬😡🤯

The worst customer service ever…no refund yet after couple of months
It is the worst custome rservice ever experienced.
I ordered couple of months ago around 200 Dollars clothes.
Firs of all they told me after couple of weeks that not all ordered items were available.
Then they told me the shipment was not yet started.
Then I was told that there was a delay in shipping.
I asked for a full refund because really disappointed and did not get one yet (today it is 19/11/2018) and I am waiting since at least one full month already and they continue saying they put my refund as a priority and bag my pardon for those inconveniences....
Ehi guys I paid in advance and my money got out from my bank account in few seconds and now to get them back how much time shall I still wait???
Doubt: will I never see my money back???
